Unlike previous courses, this course aims to connect children’s understanding in Maths and English to Verbal/Non Verbal Reasoning as well as highlight the essential skills needed in exams to boost grades.
The 11+ Easter Course is an inspiring and enjoyable 4 day course designed to build confidence and knowledge in the imperative subjects needed to pass the 11+ exams: Mathematics, creative writing, comprehension, creative comprehension/creative analysis, puzzles and logic, non verbal reasoning and verbal reasoning. Unlike previous courses, this course aims to connect children’s understanding in Maths and English to Verbal/Non Verbal Reasoning so students can truly achieve mastery in the subjects. In addition, we will be helping children implement vital exam techniques so they can boost their scores in exam situations.
This course is suitable for children in Year 5 preparing for both independent schools and grammar schools in and around London. How is our course structured?
The Easter Course is a 4 day course with 4 hours of instruction per day. It is managed by our course instructors who possess over 20 years of experience in exam preparation collectively. The first two days of the course are dedicated to mathematics. The last two days of the course focuses on comprehension and creative writing. Lessons are conducted in small groups, with a maximum of six children per tutor. Most courses have groups of just 2-3 children, ensuring personalised attention and focused learning. All classwork, homework, mock exams, assessments, online practice questions/assessments are included.
Mock exams take place at the beginning and end of the course, enabling you to see where your child is at the outset, and then gain insight as to how they progressed throughout the course. It also allows us to pinpoint any of your child’s sticking points, as well as their general strengths/weaknesses, so we can best provide help in reaching their potential.
These intensive courses are perfect for making the most of your child’s Easter holidays. Despite the intensive tuition, the class environment and lesson structure is built to be fun and engaging. This means that your child will be happy to learn, and more often than not, leave with a smile on their face and some new friends.

Who is the 11 Plus Easter course for?
The 11 Plus Easter Course caters for children in year 5. Whether your child has been preparing for several years or several days, we welcome all children to join the course no matter what stage of the entrance exam journey they are at.
To ensure children receive maximum benefit, children will be grouped according to ability and year group. This course is recommended for students in Year 5 preparing for either independent school or grammar school 11+ entrance exams. If your child is in Year 4 and currently preparing for the 11+ exams, we recommend your child enrols in our 10+ Easter Course.

We recommend your child repeat our 11+ courses at different dates in order to cover everything necessary for the 11+ exams.
