Online 5-Day 11 Plus Summer Intensive Course designed for Year 5 pupils preparing for 11+ entrance exams. Live, tutor-led online lessons in Maths, English, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, plus interview preparation, delivered in small groups with structured teaching and detailed feedback.
The 5 Day Intensive 11+ Summer Course is designed to help pupils improve their performance in the lead-up to their 11 Plus entrance examinations. It is suitable for children who have started preparation later and need to cover key areas of the syllabus in a short period of time, as well as for those who have been preparing throughout the year and want to refine their skills and aim for higher marks.
During the long summer break, it is common for children’s academic progress to slow. This course provides an opportunity to revisit the most frequently examined topics, address any remaining gaps in knowledge, and consolidate understanding of previously learned material. Lessons focus on the four core components of the 11+ admissions process: Maths, English, Reasoning (verbal and non-verbal), and Interview Skills. Our Maths and English syllabus also includes specialised areas such as creative comprehension, thinking skills, and puzzles.
Throughout the course, detailed feedback is recorded for each child as lessons progress and a detailed report is sent to parents within 10 working days. Interview sessions prepare pupils for what to expect on the day, how to approach more challenging questions, and how to participate confidently in group interviews.
Lessons are delivered in small groups, with a maximum of six pupils per tutor. Most courses run with groups of just two to three children, allowing for highly personalised teaching and focused support. Coursebooks and mock exams are included in the course fee and are posted to parents ahead of the course start date.
The Summer Intensive Course runs over five consecutive days, from Monday to Friday, 10:00am–3:30pm, and provides a structured programme of focused tuition. Lessons are interactive, supportive and led by experienced tutors who work to keep pupils engaged and motivated throughout the week.

Our 11 Plus Summer Course in London is designed for pupils currently in Year 5 and moving into Year 6 in September, who are preparing for grammar school or independent school 11+ entrance exams.
The course is suitable for children at all stages of preparation. Whether your child has been preparing for several years or is starting their 11+ journey more recently, the programme is structured to support progress, build confidence and strengthen exam technique.
To ensure every child gains maximum benefit, pupils are grouped by ability and year group, allowing teaching to be appropriately paced and targeted.
